This Privacy Policy explains how VUMS LABS, the app publishing brand of Procom Soft Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use the Interest Calculator mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
No account, no personal information. The App does not require you to sign up or log in, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information.
Your calculations are not stored or collected. The amounts, interest rates, time periods and results you enter or view are processed only on your device while you use the App. They are not saved and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Information collected by advertising: The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device type and operating system, and how you interact with ads. This information is collected by Google, not by us. See Section 3.
Permissions: The App uses only internet and network-state access, which it needs to load ads. It does not access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.
2. How information is used
- Your calculation inputs are used only to show you results on your device.
- Advertising information is used by Google AdMob to show ads (personalized or non-personalized), limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and detect fraud.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to respond to you.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party service, which collects information under its own privacy policy:
Controlling personalized ads: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (on most Android devices: Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the App will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time.
4. Data sharing
We do not collect your personal information, so we have none to share. Advertising information is collected and processed directly by Google AdMob as described above. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention and deletion
The App does not store your calculations or any personal data, so there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the App removes it and its settings from your device. Google retains advertising data according to its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings at any time. For any privacy question or request, email playstore@procomsoftsol.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit where data is transmitted, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the CCPA or India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
